Our journey as a church is characterized by Jesus' call to "Come and Follow Me." Thus, the Sunday School ministry at Park View Baptist Church gets to the very heart of why we meet together. Believing that we are called to a life of discipleship and service, Park View offers Sunday School as an opportunity to grow people to be like Christ. Our Sunday School classes provide space for in-depth Bible study, building relationships, mutual accountability and support, and a chance to become aware of the needs of the world around us. An emphasis on learning the Bible and exploring Christian history and theology keeps our discipleship from becoming stagnant. Park View's vision is to provide a place where members can discover and use their own spiritual gifts in an atmosphere of genuine cooperation and love. The small group setting of Sunday School classes lends itself well to the formation of imaginative and engaged believers with a passion for Christ. We offer classes for all age groups with the realization that God has called all of us to grow in our faith. Park View also seeks ways to make the learning process more inclusive by providing a variety of curriculum and class structures.
