Senior Adult Ministry at Park View

Senior adults at Park View are a vital part of our church family. As the biblical examples of Enoch, Sarah, Abraham, Elizabeth, and Simeon show us, older adults have much to contribute to God's work and should not be excluded from the life of the church. Far from being irrelevant, the seniors of Park View make important contributions in every area of our church life, from committee participation to worship leadership to teaching Sunday School.

Park View is also invested in meeting the spiritual and physical needs of our large senior adult population. Visitation to homebound and shut-in members is one of our priorities, making sure that those who cannot be physically present with us are still loved and remembered. Being a senior adult at Park View Baptist Church means being a part of a warm community that seeks ways for seniors to continue to be active and grow in Christ through their later years.
